How contingency fees work

If we handle your case, you do not owe us any upfront fees or other charges. We will pay all the costs to move your case forward. This includes the costs of filing fees, investigating the accident, taking depositions, consulting expert witnesses if needed, and other expenses.

If we recover financial compensation for you through a negotiated settlement or a jury verdict, our fee is a percentage of your recovery. If we don’t recover any compensation in your case, you owe us nothing.

We don’t get paid until you get paid
